109 Egg grading machine (model: FBD30-4), with a capacity of 30,000 eggs per hour, integrates automatic turning, LED light inspection, weighing and grading, and automatic tray loading. It supports the option of robotic arm, coding, and AI vision module; compatible with 56-egg trays and 25/26/35/3*6 blister and pulp boxes.
Farm: Can be integrated with the egg collection line, enabling coordinated production and AI vision-based pre-sorting of defective eggs.
Processing plant: Robots automatically load eggs, saving labor and ensuring the quality of the eggs.
