Model XBA20 (711A Egg Collector) has a capacity of 20,000 eggs per hour. It integrates lane sorting, automatic egg orientation and robotic tray loading for high-efficiency egg arranging and collecting.
The machine can work standalone to complete egg arranging, orientation adjustment and tray loading. It can also be matched with Zenyer egg washers for continuous production: washing → sorting → tray loading, improving overall productivity.
Lane Sorting: Aligns scattered eggs evenly into 6 lanes for stable downstream processing.
Automatic Egg Orientation: Adjusts eggs to keep the large end up, preserving freshness and raising loading yield.
Robotic Suction Tray Loading: The robot arm picks and places eggs precisely with controllable suction force to reduce breakage. Compared with manual loading, it delivers higher speed and better stability for high-volume production.
